Soap Opera Spoilers for the Week of September 7: Britt in Danger, Victoria & Kyle Give In

Serious man and worried woman in black stand in a colorful, neon-lit room, looking off to the side.

The soaps are heading into the week of September 7 with plenty of trouble brewing. General Hospital puts Britt’s life on the line, Days of Our Lives digs deeper into the Stefano mystery, The Young and the Restless finally lets Victoria and Kyle give in to temptation, and Beyond the Gates welcomes Shanice’s brothers to Fairmont Crest.

Both General Hospital and Beyond the Gates will kick off the week with encore episodes on Monday before returning with new episodes Tuesday. Here’s what’s ahead.

General Hospital

General Hospital starts the week with an encore episode on Monday, September 7, before returning with new episodes Tuesday, and apparently nobody in Port Charles used the extra day to relax.

Britt’s life will be on the line as the week begins, prompting Jason to make a desperate plea. Jason’s troubles won't end there either. He’ll issue a warning later in the week before eventually finding himself clashing with someone he loves.

Trina also has a rough few days ahead. She starts the week livid and later receives an unwelcome visitor, while Portia and Isaiah find themselves caught off guard by something unexpected.

Elsewhere, Willow gets a surprise guest as Drew lashes out and later toys with Willow. That combination alone has us raising an eyebrow. Josslyn will stand her ground, Gio demands answers, and Emma receives startling news before eventually regretting her actions.

Brook Lynn isn't escaping the drama either. She gets a reality check before Tracy decides to go behind her back, while Chase opens up to Dante. By Friday, Valentin will be fearing for Nina and Jordan will make a revelation.

Basically, Port Charles remains the kind of town where checking your voicemail could somehow ruin your entire week.

Days of Our Lives

The mystery surrounding the DiMeras continues to deepen on Days of Our Lives, and one particularly familiar piece of Stefano history is about to resurface.

Stefano’s iconic ring winds up in a mysterious person’s hands Tuesday, which feels like the kind of development that should immediately make everyone in Salem nervous. Marlena certainly has reasons to be concerned as a disturbing memory surfaces Monday, and by Thursday, she will become suspicious of EJ.

Meanwhile, Belle and Chad are doing more than investigating together. The pair takes their relationship to the next level before continuing to follow another clue later in the week. Friend, nothing says romance quite like an international DiMera mystery.

There’s plenty happening outside that storyline too. Theo grows suspicious of Johnny, Paulina stands by Chanel during her treatment, and Cat becomes increasingly concerned about EJ. Gabi and Kate exchange favors before Gabi has a surprising encounter with Philip in Monte Carlo.

Xander and Sarah will also look back at what might have been, while Xander later opens up to Maggie about everything he's going through. Holly and Tate's romantic trip hits an unexpected snag, Leo confronts Javi, and Gwen eventually turns to Leo to vent. By Friday, EJ will be handing Rita a fresh set of orders while Belle and Chad continue chasing answers. With Stefano's ring suddenly resurfacing, something tells us this mystery has plenty more twists coming.

The Young and the Restless

Well, well, well. Victoria and Kyle are finally about to stop pretending there isn't something happening between them.

The two give in to temptation Monday, potentially opening an entirely new can of worms in Genoa City. And because one messy relationship development apparently isn't enough, Sally and Billy will make a major decision about their wedding while Audra attempts to strike a deal with Victoria.

Victor, meanwhile, is Victor Newman-ing harder than ever. He makes a power move to build his empire before launching yet another revenge plot against the Abbotts by Friday. Sir. Aren't you tired?

Jack has problems of his own. His trip with Diane goes from bad to worse early in the week, and by Friday he'll be setting a trap for Patty, who emerges from the shadows Thursday. Matt Clark also continues trying to sell his redemption story, sharing his plans with Phyllis before later giving her mixed signals. Phyllis herself will somehow find time to play nice with Sharon, which might actually be the most suspicious spoiler of the entire week.

Elsewhere, Nikki embraces a new role, Nick seeks Michael's legal advice, Chelsea gets blindsided by Adam's decision-making, and Audra gives Billy a much-needed reality check. But let's be serious: Victoria and Kyle crossing that line is going to have people talking.

Beyond the Gates

Beyond the Gates will also begin Monday with an encore episode, this time revisiting the June 6, 2026 installment. Once Fairmont Crest returns Tuesday, however, the Duprees and their orbit have a very busy week ahead.

One of the biggest developments is the arrival of Shanice’s brothers. Their appearance comes as Shanice herself becomes increasingly involved in the drama, with Ted eventually landing in the hot seat while she takes a stand.

Anita confronts Leslie early in the week, while Jacob finds himself stuck between his professional responsibilities and his family. Naomi rides to Smitty's defense, and sabotage leaves Ted speechless.

The tension only grows from there. Nicole and Heather have a heated encounter, Jacob puts Elon in check, and Naomi strategizes with Kat and Chelsea. Martin and Smitty will also host a send-off for Tyrell, while Vanessa has an unveiling and later gets vulnerable with Izaiah.

Then there's Bill. His daughter drops a major bombshell Thursday, and by Friday, Bill will be interrogating Hayley. Whatever is happening in that family clearly isn't staying quiet for long.

Dani, meanwhile, gets sneaky in Seoul as Andre concludes his mission. Chelsea and Madison manage to find some time for romance, Tomas turns to Eva following an argument with Kat, and Deanna reaches her breaking point and makes a major decision. Between new arrivals, family revelations and Ted suddenly having a lot to answer for, Fairmont Crest is heading into another eventful week.

What We're Watching This Week

There are plenty of stories worth keeping an eye on, but the biggest questions may be what happens to Britt on General Hospital, exactly who has Stefano's ring on Days, and what comes next after Victoria and Kyle finally give in on The Young and the Restless.

And over on Beyond the Gates, we're especially curious about Shanice's brothers arriving after that recent casting news.

One thing is certain: after those Monday encore episodes, daytime isn't wasting any time getting back to business.
