The week is packed with new happenings and old issues resurfacing, a drastic misunderstanding that led to a character’s death, and a cliffhanger. Daisy’s baptismal celebration was not without controversy, trickery and relationships hit a wall. The mobster battle between Sonny and Sidwell continues with Kristina caught in the middle. Gio is still at a crossroads and rethinks his college career. Emma and Outback encourage him to not make any rash decisions, but instead help her plan a lab caper. Anna and Chase follow the evidence that obviously leads to Sonny. She arrests him, and he claims the fifth. ADA Turner delays his attorney to gain information. Turner and Sonny reality check about Natalia’s death. Marco and Lucas’ families are like Shakespeare’s Montagues and Capulets as their families feud over PC turf. Natalia Ramirez, Marco’s Mom, is a casualty of the feud. Selina Wu is not untouched, as Sidwell’s trickery strongly encourages her to leave or feel Sonny’s wrath.Tracy, Maxie and Brook Lynn unwittingly launder money through Deception, Serious? Joss and Vaughn get romantic after she reveals her true WSB intentions, Rocco and Danny found Rocco’s parentage information unknown to Brook Lynn, Tracy’s unsuccessful at convincing Gio of the danger he’s in, Laura refuses to compromise her values for politics as Lulu encourages, Jason and Sonny mobilize their security to push back, Willow ignores Michael’s warning and sees Wiley at the pool, Michael’s heartbroken over how this affected their son. Trina and Kai get closer emotionally but BEFORE Kai tells her he betrayed her family,

• Daisy’s Christening Drama | Natalia unexpectedly appears at the christening, confronting Sonny about abandoning plans to flee with her. Tension rises between Sonny and Natalia outside the church—she accuses him of betrayal; he insists he’s helping her start over in Belize. Inside,the christening proceeds beautifully. Daisy Celeste is baptized, and Sasha, Michael, and their family celebrate.

• Curtis, Portia & Jordan Triangle |Portia manipulates a situation so Jordan catches her and Curtis kissing..Curtis confronts Portia about her games and lies, leading to a heated argument about trust and their struggling marriage.Jordan, heartbroken, confides in Anna and vows to walk away with dignity.

• Lucas & Marco’s Budding Romance | Lucas confesses he can’t cook; Marco swoops in to help.Their chemistry heats up over dinner—culminating in a sweet and promising kiss.Marco receives troubling texts from his mother, Natalia, who is spiraling emotionally.

-Kristina was nearly killed in a fire at Charlie’s Pub, but was rescued by Marco, who happened upon the scene.

            -Sonny believes Sidwell is behind the fire and vows revenge, even if Marco becomes 

            collateral damage.

-Selina Wu is accused by Sidwell of orchestrating the fire; she denies it and warns Sonny may retaliate.

            -Anna and Chase investigate the fire and Natalia’s death, suspecting foul play.

• Natalia’s Death

-Natalia, Marco’s mother, is found dead in her hotel room from an apparent overdose of tranquilizers and alcohol.

- Marco is devastated and suspects Sonny murdered her to prevent her from testifying against him.

-Anna confronts Sonny with evidence linking his bodyguard to Natalia’s hotel room and declares him a person of interest. She arrests him.

• Gio’s Crisis

-Gio struggles with the revelation that Brook Lynn and Dante are his real parents.

-He considers dropping out of PCU and giving up his music scholarship, feeling disillusioned.

• -Emma and Outback, Emma’s new doggie, encourage him to stay and not give up on his passion.

•  Deception Financial Scandal

-Alexis, Kristina, and Molly share emotional moments in the hospital, reaffirming their bond.

-Marco and Sidwell share moments of closeness as they grieve the death of Marco’s mother. 

-Marco reveals to his Dad that his mother had a connection to Sonny. She also had evidence that could incriminate Sonny.

• Investigations & Suspicions

-Anna and Chase gather evidence about Natalia’s death and the fire.

- Marco is questioned and reveals his mother was planning to turn in evidence against Sonny.  

-Lucas and Elizabeth discuss the possibility of a mob war between Marco’s and Lucas’ families.

• WSB & Joss’s Mission-Josslyn reveals to Vaughn that she joined the WSB to take down Sonny, blaming him for the pain in her family.

-Vaughn kisses Joss, hinting at a budding romance.

This episode followed the Charlie’s Pub fire fallout, a college career decision rethink, a prominent person’s arrest, possible lab illegal caper plotting, money laundering, and espionage big reveal.

• Holiday Tensions & Fireworks

-Trina and Kai enjoy the 4th of July at the Metro Court Pool. She is wary of Kai’s involvement with the Quartermaines and Drew.

-Willow chooses to stay in Port Charles instead of going to DC with Drew, bonding with Gio and later having a bittersweet moment with her son Wiley, who misses her deeply.

-Michael enforces the court order, asking Willow to leave after Wiley sees her.

• Deception in Trouble

-Brook Lynn and Maxie hold an emergency meeting about Deception’s finances. Sonny’s investment is revealed to be tainted by “blood money.”

-Natalia Ramirez, who had knowledge of Sonny’s dealings, is found dead. Maxie suspects Sonny but Brook Lynn denies it.

-Maxie insists they must turn over financial records to the DA, despite potential fallout for Sonny and Gio.

• Mob Fallout & Investigations

-Kristina was injured in a fire at Charlie’s Pub, suspected to be arson linked to mob violence.

-Selina Wu is suspected of orchestrating the fire; she may have fled to Singapore.
