Marvel fans, hold onto your billy clubs. Daredevil Born Again is officially back in action and the buzz is louder than a Kingpin temper tantrum. After years of speculation, delays, and one very confusing reboot plan, Disney Plus has doubled down on the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen with a Season 2 renewal. And if that’s not enough to make fans do a backflip off a rooftop, Season 3 is already confirmed. Yep, Matt Murdock is back and it looks like he’s staying for a while.
Daredevil Born Again Renewed for Season 3
When Disney Plus first announced Daredevil Born Again, fans were cautiously optimistic. Would it honor the Netflix version’s gritty tone or be watered down for a family-friendly platform? Fast forward to now and we’ve got our answer. Charlie Cox is still in the red suit, Vincent D’Onofrio is still terrifying as Kingpin, and Marvel seems to finally remember that street-level heroes deserve screen time too.
What We Know About Season 2 and Beyond
Season 2 of Daredevil Born Again is set to premiere on Disney Plus in March 2026 with eight action-packed episodes. The series has gone through a massive creative overhaul which, let’s be real, is probably for the best. The original plan had fans raising eyebrows and not in a good way.
Here’s the kicker though. Even before Season 2 has aired, Disney has already given the green light for a third season. That’s right. Marvel is so confident, they are renewing before reviews even drop. Bold move or desperate flex? Time will tell.
With Season 2 confirmed and Season 3 in the pipeline, it’s safe to say Matt Murdock is officially back in business.
