Camp Snoopy Season 2 Trailer Drops as Apple TV Brings More Peanuts Summer Adventures to Life

Snoopy and Woodstock in scout hats roast marshmallows around a campfire under a starry night sky.

The Camp Snoopy Season 2 trailer has officially arrived, and yes, it’s every bit as sunny, wholesome and adventure-ready as fans of the Peanuts gang would expect.

Apple TV has unveiled the first look at the new season of Camp Snoopy, the animated series based on the iconic Peanuts comic strip by Charles M. Schulz. Season two is set to premiere globally on Friday, June 26, and it looks like Snoopy and the Beagle Scouts are trading in downtime for another round of outdoor escapades at Camp Spring Lake.

This time around, Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the rest of the gang are leaning fully into summer mode. The trailer teases a season filled with hiking, swimming, sandcastle building, and friendly debates over the eternal question: hot dogs or hamburgers? (A serious issue, honestly.)

There’s also a hint of classic Peanuts curiosity woven throughout, with the Beagle Scouts on the hunt for the elusive hedge toad because of course Snoopy’s summer plans include a slightly chaotic nature quest.

The show effortlessly captures the spirit of the original comics while still feeling fresh for a new generation. It’s gentle storytelling, but never dull, with just enough mischief and heart to keep both kids and nostalgic adults locked in.

The series is produced by Peanuts and WildBrain, directed by Rob Boutilier, and executive produced by a team including Paige Braddock, Chris Bracco, Josh Scherba, Stephanie Betts, and Logan McPherson. That creative consistency shows in every frame of the trailer, which leans into warmth, humor, and that signature Peanuts charm.

Apple TV continues to position itself as the exclusive streaming home for all things Peanuts, a partnership that has steadily expanded since 2020. Alongside Camp Snoopy, the platform hosts beloved titles like The Snoopy Show, Snoopy in Space, and a range of Emmy and Annie Award-nominated specials under the Snoopy Presents banner. And for longtime fans, the classic holiday specials remain a yearly ritual.

Beyond Camp Snoopy, Apple is also developing new Peanuts projects, including the upcoming feature Snoopy Unleashed, which sends Snoopy on an unexpected journey to the Big City while Charlie Brown and friends embark on a search of their own. If the franchise’s recent track record is anything to go by, expect equal parts charm and emotional pull.

For now, though, Season 2 of Camp Snoopy is keeping things light, playful, and very outdoorsy.

Season two premieres June 26 on Apple TV.
