Sunday television is bringing pirates, murder mysteries, reality television drama and a few emotional goodbyes. MGM+ launches its new adaptation of Treasure Island, Bravo welcomes The Real Housewives of Potomac back for Season 11, and CBS continues its Sunday drama lineup with fresh episodes of Marshals and Tracker.

PBS is also saying goodbye to three mysteries and dramas tonight, while HBO has a chilling new documentary arriving just in time for Halloween. Add some football, baseball and the usual reality television chaos, and Sunday has plenty competing for attention.

TV Cave Top Pick: Treasure Island

Our Top Pick goes to Treasure Island, premiering at 10 PM ET on MGM+. David Oyelowo stars as the legendary Long John Silver in this six-part adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson's classic adventure novel. Hayley Atwell plays Bess Hawkins, while Tom Sweet takes on the role of her son Jim, whose discovery of a treasure map sends them into a dangerous world of pirates, betrayal and hidden fortunes.

The series also stars Jack Huston and Tomer Capone, bringing together an impressive cast for a story that has entertained audiences for generations. With plenty of dangerous characters and enough secrets to make trusting anyone a terrible idea, this latest adaptation has the potential to deliver an entertaining Sunday-night adventure.

‘The Real Housewives of Potomac’ Returns for Season 11

The ladies of Potomac are back at 8 PM ET on Bravo, and Season 11 already has plenty of unfinished business.

Karen Huger, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Wendy Osefo, Stacey Rusch and Tia Glover return, while newcomer Courtney Ajinça joins the group. Robyn Dixon and Monique Samuels are also back as friends, adding a couple of familiar personalities to an already complicated social circle.

With shifting friendships, relationship problems and personal challenges on the horizon, this group has plenty to discuss. Of course, discussing things calmly has never been one of Potomac's greatest strengths, which is precisely why viewers keep coming back.

‘Marshals’ and ‘Tracker’ Continue on CBS

CBS keeps its Sunday drama lineup moving with Marshals at 8 PM and Tracker at 9 PM.

In tonight's Marshals, titled “End of Watch,” the team pursues a former police officer who has embarked on a deadly revenge campaign. The case becomes particularly dangerous when one of the Marshals finds themselves targeted, raising the stakes considerably.

Over on Tracker, Justin Hartley's Colter Shaw investigates the disappearance of a mother and daughter along the Pacific Divide Trail. What initially appears to be a missing-person case becomes more disturbing when Colter discovers the pair may have been stalked.

PBS Has Three Finales While HBO Gets Spooky

Mystery fans have a busy evening on PBS, beginning with the Season 3 finale of The Marlow Murder Club at 8 PM. The investigation reaches its conclusion as Judith, Suzie and Becks work to unravel another complicated murder.

At 9 PM, Marble Hall Murders wraps up its limited series, followed by the finale of Trespasses at 10 PM. The latter stars Lola Petticrew, Tom Cullen and Gillian Anderson in a drama exploring a forbidden relationship against the backdrop of Northern Ireland's Troubles.

Meanwhile, HBO premieres The Pet Cemetery Murders: A Ghost Story at 9 PM. The three-part documentary revisits a decades-old Louisiana murder investigation that uncovers a disturbing history surrounding a rural community. It's the kind of true-crime story that makes October feel considerably creepier.

Lifetime also premieres Her Only Way Out, a thriller about a woman who fakes her death to escape a dangerous relationship, only to discover that leaving her past behind isn't quite so simple.

With major premieres, returning favorites and several finales, Sunday offers a strong mix of new television. Treasure Island gets our Top Pick, but The Real Housewives of Potomac, Tracker and HBO's latest true-crime offering give viewers plenty of alternatives.
