General Hospital Weekly Recap Jan 12-16

Huge News: Willow and Michael meet at the Bad Jen Cafe to discuss what to do with their kids if Willow’s found guilty. She gets the call and the jury’s in and has reached a verdict.  Everyone returns to court. Willow is found Not Guilty!


This is what has happened throughout the week Trina and Kai tell Alexis they know who shot Congressman Cain, Molly and Cody elevate their relationship, Jacinda impresses Wiley and Michael with her gaming skills, Willow doesn’t reveal how much she truly hates Drew, Tracy starts a new/old fam tradition and tells them about the court-order directing Drew to return the stolen fam possessions. Uri almost body slams Drew and Martin, Sidwell tells Jordan Drew is becoming a liability, Anna’s health is suffering, Dante and Jack talk about PCPD evidence. Trina tells Curtis why she’s still attending the courtroom drama, Valentin asks Carly to search Jack’s room, Nina vents to Ava about Willow’s inability to part with Drew, Marco threatens Britt, Curtis and Jordan flirt in court. ADA Turner and Alexis gave compelling closing arguments. Alexis and Sonny have a talk about her implicating Michael in Drew’s shooting. Brad confronts Jason. 




Anna’s escape is thwarted by “Him”/Director Callum. This is the guy heading up the Faison research project. Even Sidwell fears him a little. Anna wakes with a nosebleed, Carly freaks out about Valentin being nearly caught, Jason and Britt go out on a real date but is he playing Britt? Joss and Carly have a Girl’s Night, James gets hurt again and Nathan has to set boundaries for him,Tracy and Martin agree to a truce thanks to Laura, Brook Lynn and Chase vow their love again, Emma and Gio take their relationship to a new level. Emma declares her college major and Gio decides to return to PCU.  Cullum tries to get all of Jack’s WSB information on Faison, but Jack refuses. Liesl Obrecht surprises Anna when she comes to take care of her and calls her by her alias, “Scarecrow”. Is this really Liesl? Anna’s being mind-controlled. Trina and Kai confront Alexis in her office asking why she did nothing about Willow’s guilt. Chase and Dante discuss his actions in helping Willow. Chase owns up to all he’s done. Anna wakes and is now being tormented by Faison’s voice over the PA System and the smell of his lit cigar on the table. She's being brainwashed but by whom?


General Hospital Highlights, Week 12-16 Jan 2026, S63 E83-87:

  • Trina and Kai tell Alexis that Willow shot Drew. They explain how they know. Alexis introduces doubt, and says she won’t do anything about it. She recommends they not go to the police, or they will be implicated.

  • Molly and Cody finally officially become girlfriend and boyfriend. 

  • Tracy reintroduces and hosts the Quartermaine tradition of fam happy hour.

  • Willow low-key tolerates Drew. Nina definitely hates him and tells Willow she won’t need Drew.

  • Jacinda easily becomes a part of Michael, Wiley and Amelia’s fam.

  • Ned tells the Quartermaines about his heart attack and how Drew walked away. They confront Drew and Martin, and Olivia threatens to shoot him.

  • Uri impressively prevents Drew and Martin from storming into the Quartermaine home.

  • Tracy realizes Martin was the one who ratted her out about Michael’s alibi.

  • Marco tells Britt to speed up her work on Faison’s project. He tells her to move into Wyndemere.

  • Anna’s health is deteriorating. She tells Pascal she needs regular blood treatments. He tells Sidwell.

  • Dante asks Jack if the WSB tampered with the PCPD traffic cam footage. Jack denies it. Dante informs ADA Turner, and she directs him to find the leak in their department.

  • Drew continues manipulating Willow. Willow’s not ready to break up with him.

  • Alexis tells Diane that Willow’s guilty, and she can’t defend her anymore. She shows Diane the evidence, and detailed information. Diane advises her against this.

  • Valentin convinces Carly to search Jack’s room for incriminating documents. She finds something, but can’t leave. She overhears Britt venting to Jack. 

  • Jack declares his love to Carly after he almost shoots her. 

  • Ava goes to see Sidwell at Wyndemere. She tells him about Valentin.

  • Valentin searches Wyndemere. Ava catches him, but disappears before she returns with Pascal.  

  • ADA Turner and Alexis gave convincing closing statements in court. Alexis lied.

  • Anna fools Pascal and almost frees herself. She is overpowered by “Him”. 

  • Britt waylays Jack outside his hotel room, and vents about Sidwell and her Faison project research.

  • Alexis and Sonny discuss what she did in court to make Michael look guilty. She did it all to protect Scout from Drew and Willow. 

  • Elizabeth and Jason talk about Willow and who shot Drew. Jason shares how Drew is tormenting Danny. Elizabeth knows Scout misses her brother. 

  • Brad asks Jason to stay away from Britt. She walks off with Jason, who later asks her out on a date.

  • “Him”/Director Cullum finally makes an appearance. He scares Pascal and even Sidwell.

  • Ava passes out again, but this time Pascal leaves without checking on her. She wakes but has a nose bleed.

  • Carly and Valentin compare notes after their clandestine searches were nearly discovered. Valentin’s not pleased with what Carly found. Carly starts freaking out when Valentin says Ava saw him. He plans to revisit Spoon Island where Sidwell’s hiding something big. 

  • James injured himself ice skating with Lulu. Nathan helps him as his father. Nathan asks Lulu for advice to stop the reckless behavior.

  • Director Cullum tells Jack Anna left voluntarily due to Faison.

  • Emma and Gio get together at her grandmother’s apartment. Gio consoles her because she really misses her grandma. She’s worried about her. They both decide to return to college. Gio has to ask for financial help from his Grandpa Sonny. Emma wants to become a veterinarian. 

  • Tracy asks Chase if he’s cheating on Brook Lynn. She chastises him about his Willow-obsessed behavior.

  • Joss and Carly have a Girl’s Night out.

  • Jason and Britt go out on a date and end up at the same place as Carly and Joss. Jason and Britt actually have fun together. Is Jason setting her up?

  • Martin tells Laura he overheard Tracy and Michael talking about lying to the court. He was the one who informed on them. Laura demands he stop fighting with Tracy. Laura invites Tracy to her office. She tells her to move forward with her fraud charges against Martin. Tracy says she can’t do that because it would affect Ronny. Laura tells them both how much they mean to her. She needs them to stop fighting. Tracy and Martin agree to a truce. 

  • Carly desperately tries to warn Jason about Britt and her secretive, shady work.

  • Cullum tells Jack he’s there to get him back on track. He needs an update on all his Faison findings. Jack briefs him and Cullum is not satisfied. Jack refuses to give more information. Jack will focus on Spoon Island, he tells Cullum to find Anna.

  • Brook Lynn tells Chase he needs to stay away from Willow. She doesn’t trust her, and tells him Willow is taking advantage of him. He tells Brook Lynn she must think he’s a fool. Chase vows to Brook Lynn that he will never let anything come between them.

  • Nathan sets boundaries for James. James realizes his Mom would have said the same thing. He apologizes to Lulu.

  • Anna wakes to someone taking her blood pressure. She tells them she needs to see a doctor. It’s Liesl Obrecht and she tells Anna she knows all about her, and uses her alias “Scarecrow”, shocking Anna. Liesl tells her she has polycythemia vera. Anna needs to reduce her red blood cell count. Liesl says she’s her doctor now. Anna doesn’t see her as an enemy. Anna was dreaming. Pascal talks to the woman outside, as she tells him Anna was convinced she was talking to Liesl. Pascal tells her she’s ready for the next phase.

  • Trina blasts Alexis for not giving up Willow. Kai asks if Alexis really believes them. Alexis confirms she believes them. Alexis tells them it’s the prosecution's job to prove Willow’s guilt. Alexis does say she will help Kai and Trina if they need a lawyer. She advises them not to do anything until they get the verdict. Trina’s worried about Michael being charged next.

  • Liesl goes to see Britt and encourages her to retake her position of power from Portia. Does Liesl have a twin because this person is different from the crazed one caring for Anna. She wants to support Rocco on his hockey team. Britt finally decides to distance herself from Rocco.

  • Michael tells Willow he will let her speak and see Wiley and Amelia as much as possible if she goes to prison. Willow asks what happens if she doesn’t go to prison.

  • Nina and Drew argue about who takes care of Willow.

  • Chase is still stubbornly focused on making Michael guilty for shooting Drew. He can’t believe Willow is innocent. 

  • Anna’s being brainwashed, mind-controlled, reprogrammed, etc! It’s Working Fast!


As the gavel falls and Willow walks free, Port Charles is left grappling with the cost of buried truths and dangerous lies. Alexis’s choice to protect one life may have placed many others in jeopardy, while Drew’s grip on Willow tightens and suspicion continues to circle Michael. Meanwhile, Anna’s terrifying descent into psychological manipulation signals that the Faison nightmare is far from over, with forces even Sidwell fears pulling the strings. Families may be mending, romances rekindling, and traditions revived, but beneath the surface, alliances are fracturing and the next reckoning promises to be far more devastating than any verdict.
