The former General Hospital breakout star has officially joined the stacked cast of Paramount Pictures' upcoming remake of Possession. For anyone who has been tracking his rise since he walked away from Port Charles, this career jump makes perfect sense.

Remaking a supernatural horror classic is always a risky gamble. The original 1981 Possession, directed by Andrzej Żuławski, is a legendary psychological thriller known for its deeply disturbing tone and boundary-pushing performances by Isabelle Adjani and Sam Neill. It is a story about a marriage dissolving into a surreal, monster-fueled nightmare.
