What to Watch Monday, October 19: ‘FBI,’ ‘The Voice’ & ‘Below Deck’ Lead Tonight's Lineup

Monday television is bringing criminal investigations, reality TV chaos and another round of difficult decisions on The Voice. CBS continues its crime drama lineup with FBI, CIA and Harlan Coben's Final Twist, while Bravo's Below Deck is already dealing with trouble aboard its newest yacht.
Streaming fans also have a finale worth checking out as Signora Volpe wraps Season 3 on Acorn TV. Meanwhile, Food Network is keeping Halloween alive with creepy desserts, and the WNBA Finals continue with Game 2 between the Atlanta Dream and Golden State Valkyries.
TV Cave Top Pick: FBI
Our Top Pick goes to FBI, airing at 8 PM ET on CBS. Tonight's episode, “White Rock,” brings the investigation into Anna Vorpe and her dangerous Strike Team to a critical point. After struggling to get ahead of an organization that has repeatedly managed to evade authorities, the team is determined to finally make its move.
Claire Coffee returns as Anna, whose ability to remain one step ahead of investigators has made her a particularly frustrating adversary. The stakes are high, and bringing down someone with that many resources and connections isn't going to be as simple as making an arrest.
One of the things FBI does well is showing how even experienced agents can find themselves outmaneuvered when they're dealing with someone who understands the system. Tonight's confrontation should give fans plenty to discuss, especially if the operation doesn't go according to plan.

‘The Voice’ Continues Its Battles While ‘Below Deck’ Finds More Trouble
NBC's The Voice continues its Battle Rounds at 8 PM, with Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson, Queen Latifah and Riley Green facing another set of difficult decisions.
The coaches have spent weeks building their teams, but now they're being forced to eliminate talented singers who may have delivered perfectly respectable performances. Superstar advisers are helping contestants prepare, although even the best advice won't guarantee a spot in the next round.
Over on Bravo, Below Deck continues Season 13 with “Pier Pressure.” Rainbeau's leadership style creates friction among the interior crew, while Chef Moe decides to play matchmaker. Unfortunately, not everyone aboard the yacht is interested in his romantic assistance. Between workplace disagreements and complicated relationships, Captain Kerry's crew is discovering that maintaining a luxury yacht might be the easiest part of the job.
‘Signora Volpe’ Wraps Season 3 as CBS Continues Its Crime Lineup
Acorn TV's Signora Volpe concludes its third season today, with Emilia Fox returning as Sylvia Fox.
The finale finds Sylvia investigating the brutal murder of a friend, but her search for answers becomes considerably more complicated when her injured former husband arrives. With her personal loyalties suddenly competing against her instincts as an investigator, Sylvia faces another dangerous situation.
CBS also has two additional investigations following FBI. At 9 PM, CIA continues with “Radio Active,” as the team races to prevent a chemical attack in New York City. Their investigation requires help from an agoraphobic codebreaker, adding another challenge to an already urgent situation.
At 10 PM, Harlan Coben's Final Twist revisits the mysterious disappearance of Miami businessman Camilo Salazar. His case becomes even more unsettling when investigators discover that another prominent businessman vanished on the same day.
Halloween Baking and a Championship Showdown
Food Network is bringing more spooky creations with Halloween Baking Championship at 9 PM.
Tonight's bakers must create disturbing desserts inspired by macabre artwork. With Halloween approaching, the competition is getting increasingly creative, although some of these creations probably aren't what anyone wants to see staring back at them from a dessert plate.
At 10 PM, Sweet Deceit: Trick or Treat continues with two new episodes, challenging contestants to identify realistic-looking sweets hidden among ordinary objects.
Sports fans also have a major event tonight as the Golden State Valkyries host the Atlanta Dream in Game 2 of the WNBA Finals. Golden State won the opening game 86–84, giving Atlanta an opportunity to even the championship series before it moves east.
Monday doesn't have the overwhelming number of premieres we saw last week, but there's still plenty worth watching. FBI gets our Top Pick, while The Voice, Below Deck and the Signora Volpe finale round out a strong start to the week.
