Huge News: This week begins with Willow sticking a needle in Drew’s neck. He’s not the only one shocked. Drew is incapacitated indefinitely after suffering a severe ‘stroke’. Other things happening this week in Port Charles are the rebroadcast of Willow’s court verdict, and the fallout begins. Willow’s free to go. Trina and Kai can’t believe Willow got away with attempted murder. Sonny came by to see Diane or Alexis. Suzanne tells him the jury’s back with a verdict, and Sonny literally says he hopes Willow is acquitted. Anna is tormented by Faison. Drew still wants to press charges against Michael as the shooter. Michael rethinks his child custody offer to Willow, Chase still believes in Willow’s innocence and that he didn’t tamper with evidence. Chase accuses ADA Turner of harassing him.
Drew tells Nina to stay away from Willow. Scout goes to see her Grandma, Alexis. Willow gives Drew what he deserves. He is brought to the hospital and diagnosed as having a severe stroke. Trina and Ava talk 'art gallery shop'; Trina warns Ava about Sidwell. Portia has her board hearing, Curtis asks Laura to please reinstate Portia, Michael and Chase fight over Willow, Sonny and ADA Turner discuss her possibly prosecuting Michael as Drew’s shooter, Cullum forces Britt to work on Faison’s project at Sidwell’s lab. Elizabeth goes to visit Laura at her office. Jack Brennan comes to see Joss at her apartment to deactivate her and convert her status to a sleeper agent. Ross Cullum meets with Rocco and Lulu at Bobbie’s Diner, Britt tells Carly she’s leaving the apartment above Bobbie’s Diner. Tracy tells Jason she would be her alibi if he caused Drew’s ‘stroke’. Suzanne escorts Willow into Alexis’ office, and Willow tells Alexis about Drew’s stroke. Kai and Nina talk while at GH. Britt and Carly clash over their relationships with Jason, and Britt breaks up with Jason.
Luke’s prognosis on Drew’s condition is not good. Josslyn goes to see Luke at the GH, Josslyn tries to get her Mom back together with her brother, Lucas. He invites Josslyn to visit him at Wyndemere. Rocco begins his community service work at GH. Anna continues hallucinating, Phase II of her brainwashing begins. Chase tells Brook Lynn about the internal affairs ruling. He wants them to refocus on adopting a child. Emma and Gio go to PCPD to see Chief Scorpio about Anna’s whereabouts. Jason and Carly talk frankly about their relationship. Jason is suspicious about Britt’s actions to suddenly stop seeing him. Cullum threatens Rocco and Britt complies to his wishes. Marco has a surprising visceral reaction to Lucas’ slightly tipsy suggestion to explore the Wyndemere catacombs. Lots happening this week in Port Charles. The detailed highlights are listed below.
General Hospital Highlights, Week 19-23 Jan 2026, S63 E88-92
Willow sticks a needle in Drew’s neck. He had a ‘stroke’ which immobilized him indefinitely. (Whatever Willow injected him with actually did this.). Chase congratulates Willow for going free. Willow thanks Chase for helping her. Drew comes over and kisses Willow in front of everyone. Kai tells Trina they should have gone to the police.
She tells him it’s too late. Willow and Drew thank Alexis for her help getting Willow off. Alexis tells Drew he needs to come through with his end of the deal. Remove the restraining orders and let Scout see her family. Suzanne can’t believe Sonny wants Willow to be acquitted. Suzanne says the DA’s Office could go after Michael as the Drew shooter suspect. ADA Turner tasks Dante to find out who tampered with the traffic cam footage in the PCPD. Drew tells ADA Turner he’ll come by to press charges against Michael as the possible shooter suspect. ADA Turner tells Chase he may go to prison for interfering in the Willow Tate case. Faison tells Anna they will never be apart again. He even mentions Emma. Anna still won’t believe Faison is back. He says he will show himself in good time. Alexis has a meltdown in her office after she won her case. Suzanne asks her if Willow’s guilty. Suzanne tells Alexis when she realized Willow was guilty.
Alexis tells Suzanne about the evidence she had against Willow. Suzanne tells her it was her ethical duty to defend her client. Alexis thinks she has no recourse, and Suzanne tells her that Willow is Drew’s problem now. Drew promises Willow he will help her get her kids back. Drew tells Scout Willow won her case, and she can stay with her and her Dad. ADA Turner orders Dante to build her a case against his brother. Michael tells Sonny he’s now the prime suspect for Drew’s shooting. Sonny promises he won’t be arrested for it. Michael is worried about his children and must protect them. Trina tells Kai that Willow being exonerated may be a good thing. She says they also committed a crime by covering up a lesser crime. Trina tells Kai that Willow being stuck with Drew might be punishment enough for her. Kai will resign as Drew’s intern. He says they should tell Michael about what they know. He volunteers to talk to the police about their evidence on his own.
Kai says he won't let Trina throw her life away, and that he loves her. They kiss. Trina tells Kai they will go together to talk to the police. She won’t let him sacrifice himself. Drew tells Nina to stay away from Willow, and throws her out. She says she will return. Michael rejects Chase’s offer for a truce. Willow talks Drew into letting Scout go see her Grandma Alexis. Willow and Drew relax together alone. He starts planning a getaway trip for them when Willow stabs Drew in the neck with a needle. She tells a passed out Drew everything will work out. Portia goes to a board meeting at GH over being reinstated. She spoke in front of the board and requested she be reinstated. Tracy tries to talk Laura into reinstating Portia. Britt pays back Jason for helping her find a place to stay. She asks him out on a date. Cullum directs Britt to begin working at the lab on Spoon Island in Sidwell’s Wyndemere. He threatens to stop her medication. ADA Turner tells Sonny that Michael will be prosecuted for possibly shooting Drew.
Curtis asks Trina to support her Mom because she is going before the board. Stella and Portia have an uncomfortable meeting at GH before Portia goes before the hospital board. Portia’s hopeful for the outcome. Stella asks her if it was all worth it to lose her family and career. Portia will accept the consequences. Dr. Gannon looks on. He talks to Stella. Portia meets with Tracy and Laura, the hospital board. She explains why she altered a patients’ lab results, Drew’s blackmailing, and gives her expectations. Curtis asked Laura to help Portia get her job back. He told her that Portia refused to falsify Michael’s blood test records to make him appear to be an opioid addict, as Drew tried to force her to do. Trina and Kai stop worrying about Willow and Drew, and start having some personal time. They start having some PDA and flirtatious moments. Michael and Chase fight over Willow. Chase is so wrong. Jason stops them and consoles Michael. He assures him his kids won’t go back to live in Drew’s house.
Drew is brought to the hospital. Kai is there with Nina and Willow. Nina directs Kai to get to his office and make required arrangements. Kai has flashbacks of what he and Trina learned about Willow, and is suspicious. Lucas diagnoses Drew as having a stroke. Willow tosses the syringe she injected him with in the biohazard container. Stella apologizes to Portia for how she treated her. Portia apologizes to Stella. Ava and Trina have a talk. Ava notices how much time Trina’s spending with Kai. Trina admits she’s changing her opinion of Kai. Ava and Trina talk about the latest art gallery acquisitions, extra fees on a Sidwell purchase and Restrepo. Trina warns Ava about dealing with Jenz Sidwell. Ava will be careful. Loved seeing them together talking shop. Dante asks Nathan at the PCPD for an update on Drew’s shooting. Nathan’s got nothing. Dante tells Chase about the Internal Affairs investigation. They say he violated policy by conducting an unsanctioned investigation based on privileged information and used PCPD resources without authorization. They concluded he didn’t break any laws and doesn’t show any signs of corruption. Chase is being demoted to a uniformed cop, not fired.
Chase doesn’t like that. Dante tells Chase he can retake the detective exam. Dante tells Chase he has to face accountability for his actions. Chase leaves angrily. Jack Brennan tells Josslyn about Ross Cullum. He believes Cullum is a threat to Josslyn. Jack doesn’t trust Cullum to keep her out of danger while working with the WSB. Jack admits to Josslyn that he is in love with her Mother. He orders Josslyn to cease all WSB activity immediately. She is being deactivated. Josslyn refuses to do it..Jack says they have a new asset on Spoon Island, Britt. Jack says she’s now a sleeper agent. She has to avoid WSB and Spoon Island. She has no choice but to attend PCU.
He appreciates all she’s done. Cullum tells Lulu and Rocco that the Dalton Lab break-in has been put to rest, but not Professor Dalton’s disappearance. Rocco tells Cullum his breaking into the lab could have been handled differently. Lulu says they thought Dalton took off to avoid facing charges for falsely accusing Rocco of vandalizing his lab. Cullum thanks them for their input and leaves. Rocco tells his Mom later he couldn’t tell Cullum anything about Professor Dalton, because he doesn’t know anything. Elizabeth worries about Laura being alone and tells her she’s always there for her to confide in. Laura opens up to Elizabeth about her loneliness once Kevin and Ace left. Laura is so very grateful for Elizabeth coming over to talk with her.
Tracy believes Jason caused Drew’s stroke. She offers herself as his alibi. Jason thanks her but tells her doesn’t need an alibi. Kai stops by GH and overhears Nina leaving Willow a desperate message. He asks her if she knew where Willow was. He tells her that Drew’s media team drafted a press release, and they and the hospital kept his condition quiet for now. It’s a matter of time when it is publicized. He needs Willow to approve the statement before they release it. Nina volunteers to look it over. She talks to Kai about what was said in court about Drew blackmailing Trina’s Mom. Nina’s surprised that Kai is still working for him. Kai tells her he would have resigned if Drew hadn’t had a stroke. It’s hard for him to separate Drew’s good from the bad. They both don’t know how Willow does it.
They share their own good and horrible Drew memories. Nina gives Kai good advice, and suggests he remain as Drew’s intern and make some compromises. Willow tells Alexis that Drew’s stroke was brought on by the stress of the trial. She’s worried about telling Scout about it, and Alexis volunteers to do it. She also says it would be best if Scout lived with her. Willow agrees. Alexis asks about Danny being prevented from seeing his sister, Scout. Willow tells Alexis Scout told her about seeing Danny after Christmas. She doesn’t want to make a decision about Scout seeing Danny again, until Drew gets better. Alexis tells Suzanne Willow gave her the best present she could have asked for by allowing Scout to live with Alexis. Suzanne is happy for her. Alexis thinks of her as a good friend. Jason and Tracy tell Danny about Drew’s stroke. Danny’s worried about Scout and wants to comfort his sister. Jason and Tracy tell him he still has to follow the restraining order even if Drew’s incapacitated. Danny asks what will happen to Scout.
Jason knows who he can ask to contact Willow about dropping the restraining order against Danny. Britt and Carly argue over who has the best relationship with Jason. Britt calls Carly’s relationship pathetic. Britt blows up at Carly. Carly says she knows she is baiting her, and asks her why. Britt tells Carly that Jason is tired of Carly’s drama. Britt uses her argument with Carly to publicly break up with Jason. She asks him who he will put first in his life, her or Carly. Jason refuses to choose, and Britt says that tells her enough. Britt tells him to stay away from her. Willow comes to the hospital and Nina tells her about Kai’s bringing her Drew’s condition press release. Willow reviews and signs it. Luke gives Willow the prognosis about Drew’s condition. It’s not good. His stroke was severe. He is incapacitated and will need lots of physical therapy and may not make a full recovery. Full recovery is highly unlikely. Willow begins to cry, as Elizabeth holds her. Nina tells Kai to go finish those press releases. Nina watches her daughter uncertain if she’s really sad to hear about Drew’s condition. Willow tells Nina that she will make sure her husband gets the treatment he deserves.
Lulu checks on Laura at her office. She tells her about Director Cullum interviewing them about Professor Dalton’s whereabouts. She tells Laura the WSB is trying to locate Dalton. Chase comes home and has a tantrum. Chase tells Tracy he was demoted at work. Tracy tries to console him. Danny comes to see his Grandma, and ask her to ask Willow if he can see Scout. Alexis tells him Willow’s going to leave the restraining order in place until they know about Drew’s condition. There’s a possibility this will change. Josslyn goes to see Lucas at GH and tries to talk him into getting back together with his sister, her Mom. Josslyn knows they miss each other. Lucas invites her to visit him at Wyndemere. Rocco goes to GH to begin his community service. Lucas takes Josslyn to his home with Marco in Wyndemere. Ava is already there, and surprises them. Marco came in and invited Josslyn to stay for cocktails and dinner. Josslyn tries to make a quick getaway, but Ava stops her. Ava and Marco to retrieve some wine in the wine cellar. Lucas appreciates Josslyn supporting his relationship with Marco.
Lucas leaves Josslyn alone, and she starts searching the room. Ava reappears and asks her what she’s looking for. She tells Josslyn about what family really is, and tells her they have a lot in common. Josslyn disagrees, and Ava says she’s just like her Mom. Lucas suggests they explore the Wyndemere catacombs, but Marco adamantly stops him and Josslyn. Anna imagines she sees Peter, her nephew. Her hallucinations continue, and Phase II of her brainwashing begins. Anna refuses to believe things are really happening. Peter tells her his family doesn’t stay dead and Faison’s not dead. Anna is still in denial. She pitifully begs Faison to come see her. Chase tells Brook Lynn about the internal affairs decision. He was demoted. He surprises her by suggesting they refocus on adopting a child. Chase tells Brook Lynn she is his priority and building a family with her is what he wants. Brook Lynn suspects his sudden motivation.
Chase shares that having a child is something he always wanted. He was shaken by the department’s decision, and still thinks he’s right about Willow. Brook Lynn consoles him. He says he can retake the detective’s exam. Dante suggested he think about it. Chase and Brook Lynn reaffirm their love and devotion. Emma and Gio come to PCPD to get more information on her Grandmother’s whereabouts from Chief Scorpio. Nathan offers to help, and Gio urges her to accept it. Emma and Gio tell Nathan they have not received any communication from her Grandmother lately. Gio tells Emma to trust her instinct, and she believes her Grandmother is in trouble. Nathan tells Emma there's a reason for him to check on Anna’s absence.
