First Look: Kristen Wiig Returns in Palm Royale Season 2, Premiering November 12 on Apple TV+

Three women with voluminous hair in colorful filters—pink, yellow, orange—dance energetically. The mood is vibrant and lively.

Apple TV+ is inviting viewers back to the glitzy, cutthroat world of Palm Beach with the highly anticipated second season of Palm Royale, set to premiere globally on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

Led by Emmy and Academy Award nominee Kristen Wiig and Oscar and Emmy winner Laura Dern, this critically acclaimed comedy dives even deeper into the glossy, gossip-fueled world of 1960s Palm Beach society. And if Season 1 gave us a taste of the champagne-soaked drama, Season 2 promises an all-out social war.

A Glamorous Return With a Twist Palm Royale Season 2

Palm Royale picks up with Maxine Dellacorte (Wiig) on the outs after a very public — and very scandalous — meltdown. Now labeled a social pariah, Maxine is more determined than ever to claw her way back into high society — by any means necessary. But the stakes are higher, the secrets darker, and the lies bigger than ever before.

This season, Maxine won’t just try to fit in — she’s aiming to rule Palm Beach. But to do that, she’ll have to navigate a minefield of deception, ambition, and a few felonies (yes, really). Expect twists, turns, and the kind of chaos only Palm Royale can deliver.

A Star-Studded Ensemble Returns

The all-star cast is back in full force. Alongside Wiig and Dern, the Season 2 lineup includes:

  • Allison Janney

  • Leslie Bibb

  • Carol Burnett

  • Ricky Martin

  • Kaia Gerber

  • Josh Lucas

  • Amber Chardae Robinson

  • Mindy Cohn

  • Julia Duffy

With this powerhouse ensemble, Palm Royale continues its reputation as one of the most stylish and sharply written ensemble comedies on streaming.

Critical Acclaim & Emmy Gold

If you missed Season 1, now’s the time to catch up. The series racked up 11 Emmy nominations, including:

  • Outstanding Comedy Series

  • Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series (Kristen Wiig)

  • Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series (Carol Burnett)

It even walked away with a win for Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music, adding a little extra sparkle to its already polished reputation.

Behind the Scenes

Created and showrun by Abe Sylvia, Palm Royale is produced by Apple Studios and executive produced by Sylvia for Aunt Sylvia’s Moving Picture Company, along with Kristen Wiig, Laura Dern, Jayme Lemons (Jaywalker Pictures), and Katie O’Connell Marsh.

When and Where to Watch

The 10-episode second season premieres on Wednesday, November 12, with new episodes dropping weekly through January 14, 2026. Stream exclusively on Apple TV+, available across all major devices and platforms.

Whether you're in it for the scandal, the style, or the star power, Palm Royale Season 2 is shaping up to be one of the biggest fall TV events.
