Drag Race All Stars 10 Recap: The Comeback Queen, The Final 7, and The Drama

Glamorous person with blonde hair in black sequined outfit on the left; colorful silhouetted performers in pink and purple squares on the right.

Just when you thought the drama was winding down on RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 10, the show pulled out a twist so juicy it could’ve been marinated in shade. The penultimate episode didn’t just bring eliminations and lackluster talent numbers — it also delivered a game-changing surprise: one previously eliminated queen will return in the finale.

Yes, someone is getting the golden ticket back to the main stage, but the big question is: who? And perhaps even juicier: who should’ve gotten the chance but didn’t? Let’s untuck this mess with our Drag Race All Stars 10 Recap.

Mistress Implodes and Exits the Stage Drag Race All Stars 10 Recap

Let’s talk about the elephant-sized ego in the Werk Room. Mistress Isabelle Brooks came into this season as a strong contender — bold, confident, and ready to read. But her recent performances said otherwise. After flopping in Snatch Game and stumbling in the talent show, it became clear the crown was slipping through her well-manicured fingers.

Instead of rallying, Mistress seemed checked out. Cold interactions with her fellow queens and a general lack of energy turned what was once fierce into something just plain frustrating. By the time she landed in the bottom two again, there was no fire left. Lydia B Kollins, serving camp and confidence, outperformed her in the lip sync and sent Mistress packing. Well… almost.

RuPaul Drops a Wild Card Bombshell

Just when the queens were counting down to the finale, RuPaul gave the competition one final twist: a previously eliminated queen will return for the grand finale. But instead of fan votes or lip sync battles, the decision came from the judges.

Here’s how it played out:

  • Ross Mathews cast his vote for Mistress Isabelle Brooks, freshly eliminated and still cooling off from the lip sync.

  • Michelle Visage and Ts Madison both selected Kerri Colby, citing her potential and polish.

That meant two balls with Kerri’s name and one for Mistress were placed into RuPaul’s very own Drag Race bingo cage. Bruno gave it a spin, reached in, pulled out a name... and the episode ended. No reveal. No spoilers in the preview either — believe us, fans have already freeze-framed every frame looking for clues. Nada.

So now, we’re heading into the finale with seven confirmed queens and one mystery wildcard.

Meet the Finalists (So Far)

Here are the queens who’ve secured a spot in the All Stars 10 finale:

  • Aja

  • Bosco (this week’s winner, and rightly so)

  • Daya Betty

  • Ginger Minj

  • Irene the Alien

  • Jorgeous

  • Lydia B Kollins

One of them will be joined by either Kerri Colby or Mistress Isabelle Brooks, depending on which name was drawn from the cage. That eighth spot is crucial — the wildcard comeback queen could flip the entire competition.

The Comeback Queen Who Wasn’t

While fans are busy speculating who got picked, there's also plenty of noise about who wasn’t even considered — and that honor goes to Denali. After delivering high-energy performances all season and getting eliminated in a controversial lip sync against Ginger Minj, many viewers assumed she’d be a frontrunner for a comeback.

But shockingly, none of the judges chose her. Not one. For someone with the kind of consistency, charisma, and crowd support Denali has, it feels like a major oversight. Social media lit up after the episode aired, with fans calling it one of the biggest snubs in Drag Race All Stars history. Honestly? They might be right.

Who’s Got the Best Shot at the Crown?

With the finale shaping up to be another legendary Lip Sync LaLaPaRuza, it’s anyone’s game. Bosco is peaking at the right time, with a mix of confidence and polish that could easily seal the win. Irene the Alien has been a standout all season with a unique aesthetic and undeniable presence. And Ginger Minj continues to prove why she’s a mainstay in the franchise.

But don’t count out dark horses like Lydia B Kollins or Jorgeous, both of whom have had quiet but impressive runs. And if the wildcard turns out to be Kerri Colby? You can bet she’ll fight hard to snatch that crown.

A Episode Full of Twists

All Stars 10 has been a rollercoaster of camp, charisma, and chaos. From surprise eliminations to judge drama and now a wildcard twist, it’s been one of the most unpredictable seasons yet. With the final lip sync showdown approaching, the only thing we know for sure is that one queen will walk away with $200,000 and a place in the Drag Race Hall of Fame.

Who do you think deserves that final spot? Were the judges right to choose between Kerri and Mistress? And will Denali’s snub go down as one of the most iconic injustices in Drag Race history?

Let us know who you're rooting for — and prepare for a finale that’s bound to leave us all clutching our pearls.
