The series is currently locked in to return as a major anchor for Fox’s midseason 2027 television lineup, and this latest casting update hints at a massive expansion of the show's dark mythology.

The series, which cleverly adapts the acclaimed book and Belgian film De Zaak Alzheimer, made major waves by casting Patrick Dempsey as Angelo Doyle, a lethal hitman wrestling with the onset of aggressive memory loss.
