Apple TV+ has released the official trailer for Pluribus, the highly anticipated new drama from acclaimed writer-director Vince Gilligan, the mastermind behind Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. The nine-episode series will make its global debut on Friday, November 7, 2025, with the first two episodes premiering exclusively on Apple TV+. New episodes will drop weekly every Friday through December 26.
Starring Rhea Seehorn, who earned two Emmy nominations for her performance as Kim Wexler in Better Call Saul, Pluribus is described as a genre-bending original in which “the most miserable person on Earth must save the world from happiness.”
The ensemble cast includes Karolina Wydra (Sneaky Pete), Carlos-Manuel Vesga (The Hijacking of Flight 601), with guest appearances by Miriam Shor (American Fiction) and Samba Schutte (Our Flag Means Death).
The series has already been picked up for two seasons and is produced by Sony Pictures Television. Vince Gilligan serves as executive producer alongside Gordon Smith, Alison Tatlock, Diane Mercer, Allyce Ozarski, and Jeff Frost. Jenn Carroll and Trina Siopy join as co-executive producers.

With Pluribus, Gilligan continues his tradition of blending dark themes with deeply human storytelling. Early buzz suggests this could be another prestige hit for Apple TV+, which has built a strong slate of original content since its 2019 debut, including Emmy-winning series Ted Lasso and The Studio, and Oscar Best Picture winner CODA.
