What to Watch Monday, October 12: ‘Below Deck,’ ‘FBI’ & ‘It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ Lead Tonight's Lineup

Monday television is starting the week with a little bit of everything. Bravo welcomes Below Deck back for Season 13, The Voice moves into its Battle Rounds, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia wraps up Season 18. CBS also has new episodes of FBI and CIA, while NBC's Line of Fire continues its first season.
Streaming brings several additions, including a new Hulu documentary exploring the creepy clown sightings that swept the country in 2016. Between reality television chaos, criminal investigations and a comedy finale, Monday isn't giving anyone much time to ease into the week.
TV Cave Top Pick: Below Deck
Our Top Pick goes to Below Deck, returning for Season 13 at 8 PM ET on Bravo. Captain Kerry Titheradge takes command of the motor yacht Azul V in Phuket, Thailand, with Fraser Olender returning as chief stew and Rainbeau de Roos joining the crew once again. The new season introduces several fresh faces, which means new personalities, new workplace conflicts and probably a few questionable decisions made after too many drinks.
The premiere, titled “What a Thai to Be Alive,” finds the crew dealing with shifting power dynamics and mechanical problems before the first charter can even get underway. Nothing says luxury vacation quite like a yacht that might not be ready to leave the dock.

‘The Voice’ Begins Its Battle Rounds
The competition heats up on NBC as The Voice begins its Battle Rounds at 8 PM. Coaches Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson, Queen Latifah and Riley Green must start making difficult decisions as contestants compete to remain in the competition.
The blind auditions are over, and now the singers have to prove they can deliver under pressure. It's the stage where strong performances can still end in heartbreak, particularly when coaches are forced to choose between talented artists.
‘It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ Wraps Season 18
The gang returns for one final round of bad decisions as It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia airs its Season 18 finale at 9 PM on FX and FXX.
Tonight's episode finds Dee temporarily unable to see following LASIK surgery, leaving her hoping the guys will help keep her safe. Naturally, expecting this group to put someone else's needs first is a spectacularly bad idea, and their plans for a guys-only sleepover threaten to make matters worse.
CBS Keeps the Investigations Coming
CBS begins its Monday lineup with FBI at 8 PM, followed by CIA at 9 PM and Harlan Coben's Final Twist at 10 PM. On FBI, the team investigates the murder of an undercover NYPD officer, uncovering potential secrets surrounding the case. CIA follows with a poisoned Russian operative seeking revenge, while Harlan Coben's Final Twist examines the death of Bonnie Craig and her mother's long pursuit of answers.
NBC closes its primetime schedule with Line of Fire, where Clare investigates a bomb threat involving a cabinet member. Meanwhile, Nia's latest case brings uncomfortable complications into her personal life.
Hulu Gets Creepy With ‘Clown Panic’
Hulu premieres Clown Panic, a documentary revisiting the bizarre wave of creepy clown sightings that spread across the United States in 2016. What began as unsettling reports quickly turned into widespread fear, school disruptions and a social media frenzy.
Netflix adds Free Leonard Peltier, while Acorn TV premieres This Is Not a Murder Mystery, a period mystery featuring famous Surrealist artists caught in a deadly situation. Acorn TV also has the Season 1 finale of Blue Murder Motel.
Monday's schedule has something for just about everyone, but Below Deck gets our Top Pick. Between the new yacht crew, The Voice battles and the It's Always Sunny finale, there's no shortage of television drama to start the week.
