Say what now? That episode took an unexpected turn. This was not the surprise we were thinking about when the teaser for the episode was released. According to the official episode description, “When Trevor’s former co-worker, Pinkus (Richie Keen), and his daughter, Abby (Gideon Adlon), show up at Woodstone Mansion, Trevor gets the surprise of his afterlife.”
If you recall Pinkus and Trevor share a special connection, his pants (and underwear). Trevor gave Pinkus his pants the night he died and that is why we get pant less Trevor for all eternity. There was a quick throw away line about Pinkus being away on business as to the reason he did not come to Trevor’s memorial.
Everything seems like a normal visit when Pinkus and his daughter Abby come to stay at the Bed and Breakfast for a few days. That is until Pinkus reveals to Jay and Sam that he is not the biological father of Abby but Trevor is and he brought her there (the place where Trevor died) to tell her the news. Of course Trevor and the rest of the crew are completely shocked by the news. Minus Thor and Flower who are absent during this episode.
Now that Trevor knows the truth he wants Sam to question Abby in an attempt to get to know her better. Of course Sam asks weird questions as someone who owns the bed and breakfast but unfortunately Pinkus has decided it is not the right time to drop that bombshell on his daughter.

Trevor, disappointed in Pinkus and Sam who refuses to try and get Pinkus to change his mind, takes things into his own hands and tries to text Pinkus from Sam’s phone but accidentally texts Abby causing Pinkus to come clean and Abby stops talking to him. Sass has the idea to use a video montage of Pinkus and Abby to remind Abby of how wonderful a father Pinkus has been. It works and they talk it out. Abby then asks Sam questions in an attempt to learn more about Trevor and things come full circle.
Meanwhile, Pete goes to break up with his girlfriend Donna who he found out killed her husband in a documentary. She claims she is innocent so Pete goes to her home to find any ghosts who may have witnessed the murder. Turns out a ghost was there but he lies about seeing Donna commit the murder because it was actually his wife. Pete with the help of Sam turns her in and Donna is cleared. I am kind of disappointed that the show has stopped the potential of Alberta and Pete.
The story with Trevor was really good and gives him some character development as he is the last person you would think is father material. What did you think of the episode? Drop a comment and remember to vote in our poll below.
