Woman in tan blazer appears concerned, holding a gray handbag. Background has wooden panels.

A new baby, Phoebe, arrives at the Quartermaine mansion, while Ethan returns home to Port Charles. Jordan and Curtis survive a terrible, life-threatening car crash, but Jordan’s appearance and cognitive state are affected. Michael knows Willow shot Drew, but he needs witnesses or evidence to prove it. Willow confesses to her mother, Nina, that she shot Drew and has been drugging him with a paralytic, then goes so far as to blackmail her own mother.

A mother’s rush to see her son perform causes the accident, though she remains unaware until later. Her grandmother, Tracy, suggests keeping it quiet forever, which proves too much for Brook Lynn to handle. Jacinda and Willow clash over Michael and Jacinda’s access to Wiley and Amelia. Meanwhile, brothers Danny and Rocco, who have different mothers, reaffirm their bond and promise to always be there for each other, thanks to Dante’s encouragement.

Two unlikely political opponents, Laura and Ezra, unite to fight Sidwell. Lucas and Carly reconnect as siblings, and Lucas asks for her support in his decision to stay at Wyndemere, though he has an ulterior motive. ADA Turner and Sonny continue their secret rendezvous as she warns him about Sidwell’s growing rage. Britt has known since the Five Poppies that her brother is Cassius, not her beloved Nathan. They desperately try to secure Britt’s medication, but the villains refuse to trust her allegiance until she delivers the prototype. Sidwell, Cullum, and Jack Brennan continue to threaten everyone in Port Charles.

Josslyn proposes that she, Carly, and Valentin work together to bring down Cullum and Sidwell. With so much happening, General Hospital is clearly building toward something major in the near future.

Baby Phoebe arrives at the Quartermaine home, bringing excitement to the family. Ethan returns to Port Charles, and he and Lulu reconnect on Pier 55. Willow admits to Nina that she drove to Drew’s house and shot him in the back, then threatens to frame her mother for the crime while continuing to drug Drew. She also reveals that two other people know what she did.

Curtis is finally able to see Jordan, who is shaken by how close she came to dying. Both of them begin to face the long-term physical and emotional consequences of the crash. Brook Lynn realizes she caused the accident and confesses what she believes happened, though she initially had no idea the other car crashed.

Ric informs Alexis that Danny approached Sonny about joining the mob, leaving Alexis horrified. Isaiah shares his past experience with Sidwell with Lucas, confirming Sidwell’s dangerous nature. Michael remains certain that Willow shot Drew, but still lacks proof. Cullum threatens Cassius and Britt as he recovers from a gunshot wound. Laura and Ezra join forces against Sidwell, while Willow and Jacinda argue over Michael and the children.

Cassius, also known as NewNathan, is assigned as the lead detective on Marco’s murder case. Valentin suspects Cullum is responsible for Anna’s breakdown and proposes an alliance with Nina to stop Jack Brennan from threatening their daughters. Josslyn also pushes for a team effort with Carly and Valentin to take down Sidwell and Cullum, though her rogue behavior makes her unpredictable and potentially dangerous.

Alexis answers a knock at the door, only to slam it in Ric’s face before reopening it to inform him that Molly has left and that Cody took her for a drive. Ric explains he is there on Sonny’s orders. Meanwhile, Willow tells Drew she needs to maintain shared custody of her children and has a plan to ensure it happens.

At the hospital, Isaiah checks on Jordan while Lucas monitors her vitals. Lucas notes her progress but admits he wishes Isaiah had been in the OR with him. Isaiah confesses he is unsure he could have handled operating on Jordan. Stella reassures Curtis that he will see Jordan soon and promises TJ she will keep him updated.

Elsewhere, Gio and Emma discuss baby gifts, with Gio choosing a meaningful present for Brook Lynn and Chase. Olivia and Ned return from a walk, and Ned expresses excitement about having a baby in the Quartermaine home again. ADA Turner meets Sonny in secret to warn him that Sidwell poses a greater threat than he realizes. Lulu thanks Isaiah for helping Rocco, and Stella updates Isaiah on Jordan’s condition.

Brook Lynn begins to suspect she caused the crash after recalling honking, headlights, and swerving to avoid another car. She and Chase welcome Baby Phoebe into their home, while Jordan regains consciousness and begins asking questions about the accident.

At the Brown Dog, Britt and Brad share drinks while Lulu and Cassius also arrive for a night out. Sonny and ADA Turner continue their secret relationship, though she struggles to justify staying involved. Nina is stunned when Willow confirms she shot Drew, but the greater shock comes when Willow insists they are now in this together.

Ava advises Laura to give Sidwell what he wants, while Sidwell pressures Ezra to complete a task. Curtis questions ADA Turner about the crash investigation, and Dante discusses ongoing cases with her, including Jordan’s accident and Marco Rios’ murder. Brook Lynn confides in Tracy, who insists she must never tell the police the truth.

Josslyn returns home seeking information for Valentin, while Laura records Ezra behaving badly at the Brown Dog. Cassius meets Sidwell at Wyndemere as part of the murder investigation and subtly redirects suspicion. Danny and Rocco bond with Dante at the batting cages, strengthening their relationship. Britt begs Cullum for medication in the ICU, but Lucas intervenes.

Ethan reappears on Pier 55, leaving a mysterious message before reuniting with Lulu. Michael visits Sonny’s home, while Kristina watches Donna. Jacinda faces harsh social media criticism and later encounters Willow and Wiley at a café, leading to tension. Valentin visits Nina, while Lucas and Carly reconnect during a quiet dinner, where he notices signs she is seeing someone new.

The tension escalates when Willow confronts Jacinda at Crimson, demanding she stay away from her children. The argument intensifies until Michael arrives and overhears Willow making threats, further complicating an already volatile situation.

As the fallout continues across Port Charles, the stakes are only getting higher. Willow’s dangerous secret threatens to unravel everything, while Ethan’s return adds new layers to already complicated relationships. With alliances forming, tensions rising, and several lives hanging in the balance, the coming weeks promise even more twists, emotional confrontations, and consequences no one will be able to avoid.
