General Hospital Weekly Recap February 2–6, 2026

A person in a hospital bed with IV drip talks to a woman sitting beside. The room has medical equipment, and there's an art piece on the wall.

Port Charles didn’t just survive the Blizzard of 2026, it emerged buried under secrets, shifting loyalties, and one very dangerous version of Willow Tait. As General Hospital hit its 100th episode of Season 63, the stakes rose across every corner of the canvas, proving that thawing snow doesn’t mean cooling tensions.

Drew Cain finally returned home this week, but not in the way anyone hoped. The truth came out: Drew didn’t suffer a stroke at all. He was deliberately drugged by Willow, whose grip on him only tightened as the week progressed. Fully incapacitated and unable to defend himself, Drew became a prisoner in his own life while Willow continued her unsettling campaign of control. Even as evidence mounted, Chase stubbornly clung to his belief in Willow’s innocence, placing him dangerously out of step with reality.

Trina and Kai, increasingly alarmed, chose action over denial. Kai decided to remain Drew’s intern not for experience, but to protect him. Together, they alerted Alexis, who warned them just how risky their plan could be. Their fears were well-founded when Willow ultimately transferred Drew back to his home, isolating him completely and resuming her psychological torment.

While Drew suffered in silence, Willow launched an aggressive legal offensive against Michael. Claiming he endangered their children by openly dating Jacinda and hinting he might even be responsible for Drew’s shooting—Willow sought out Alexis to represent her in family court. When Alexis hesitated, Willow crossed a chilling line and threatened to blackmail her. Though deeply conflicted, Alexis agreed to help, pushed further by Suzanne’s belief that Willow truly loves her children. Alexis, however, made it clear she doesn’t trust Willow and doesn’t believe anyone truly knows what Willow is capable of anymore.

Michael found himself cornered from all sides. Ric bluntly laid out the reality of custody battles, while Sonny urged his son to compromise before things spiraled further. Michael initially refused, viewing any concession as weakness, but everything changed after his questioning in Drew’s shooting investigation. Though Michael cooperated fully with Molly and Detective Nathan West, ADA Turner remained unconvinced and instructed Nathan to continue searching for concrete evidence. With Diane warning that prosecution could be looming, Michael realized that an arrest would hand Willow exactly what she wanted. Reluctantly, he decided to pursue a custody compromise before their visitation hearing.

Elsewhere, danger followed Britt Westbourne at every turn. Jason promised to help her escape the deadly grip of Sidwell and Cullum, even as Britt was forced to play along to survive. Cullum made it clear she was expendable, confiscating her medication and administering it himself to maintain total control. Jason devised a risky plan to reverse-engineer her meds, insisting Britt pretend he despised her to maintain their cover. Though shaken and increasingly trapped, Britt still believed Jason wouldn’t abandon her no matter how dire things became.

Across the ocean, a shocking call from France upended everything. Emma learned that her grandmother Anna had been found alive in Dijon but claiming that Cesar Faison was still alive as well. Worse, Anna had attacked a police officer and was being committed to a mental health facility. Dante confirmed the situation and suspected acute paranoia, while Jason insisted Faison was dead he had personally seen to it. Convinced something deeper was wrong, Mac, Felicia, and Emma headed to France, believing Anna’s breakdown might be a desperate signal rather than madness.

Back in Port Charles, Sonny found himself in a rare moment of levity when ADA Turner visited his home and met his newest companion, a tiny dog named Fizz. What began as clarification of boundaries turned into flirtation and philosophical sparring, with Sonny warning Turner that someone without scruples is far more dangerous than someone acting out of vengeance. Jordan later cautioned Turner to be careful and suggested doing the opposite of whatever Sonny advised.

Despite the chaos, the blizzard’s aftermath brought moments of warmth. At the Quartermaine mansion, Chase and Brook Lynn shared a snowy playdate with Wiley and Amelia, joined by Gio and Emma who nervously wondered just how angry Tracy would be about their failed attempt to retrieve family heirlooms from Drew’s house. Tracy eventually returned, frostbitten but triumphant, having persuaded Martin Gray to return the heirlooms herself. Complaints followed, but so did hugs.

Bobbie’s became ground zero for confrontation when Willow attacked Jacinda in public, accusing her of being a criminal and an unfit influence on Michael’s children. Jacinda refused to back down, Kristina jumped into the fray, and Willow escalated yet again threatening to take Scout away from Alexis. Any remaining illusion of Willow’s stability shattered in that moment.

By week’s end, Port Charles stood on the edge of multiple disasters. Drew remained trapped. Michael raced against the clock to protect his children. Britt’s options narrowed dangerously. Anna’s fate in France remained uncertain. And Willow—unrepentant, unhinged, and increasingly ruthless showed no signs of stopping.

The snow may have melted, but the storm was far from over.
