General Hospital Weekly Recap: Rocco’s Secret Explodes as Brennan Fights for His Life

Dante confronts Lulu and demands to know why she never told him Rocco shot Cullum. He promises he’ll help his son and warns Cassius/NewNathan to stay away from his family. Later, Dante tells Rocco he knows the truth about the shooting and assures him he’ll handle everything.

Elizabeth helps Dante realize he’s trying to help Rocco through his trauma while also sharing some of her own painful experiences. Meanwhile, Dante refuses to hand over the physical evidence collected from the pier shooting to Cullum, which could push Cullum toward targeting Danny next.

Valentin and Jack Brennan fight at Drew’s house while Nina watches in horror. Nina injects Brennan with a syringe filled with Drew’s paralytic drug, and Brennan is rushed to the hospital, where doctors suspect he may have suffered a stroke. Elizabeth questions the suspicious coincidence after another seemingly healthy man collapses in the same house.

Curtis spirals deeper into his obsession with proving Isaiah is guilty of leaving the scene of Jordan’s accident, and things eventually turn violent when Curtis knocks Isaiah unconscious. Isaiah later refuses to answer ADA Turner’s questions without a lawyer present and tells Lulu that she and Rocco are his alibi.

Josslyn may have found an ally in Cassius as they discuss working together to take down Cullum and Sidwell. At the same time, Carly and Nina face off with threats before eventually reaching a tense agreement. Tracy files an injunction to stop Sidwell’s helipad project and later meets with Laura and Ezra to discuss the escalating conflict. ADA Turner also pushes back against Cullum by refusing to hand over the PCPD evidence tied to his shooting unless he follows proper protocol.

Trina agrees to perform in Brook Lynn’s showcase under one condition: Gio must accompany her. Later, Portia surprises Trina by fully supporting her growing interest in music and encouraging her to explore the opportunity. Drew nearly manages to call for help before Willow snatches the phone away. Elsewhere, Sonny threatens Ric while Ethan backs him up, but Sonny eventually learns what Ric and Ava were really doing and agrees to continue rebuilding his relationship with his brother. Chase asks Willow for help with adopting Phoebe, unaware that someone is secretly tracking and photographing him. Brook Lynn and Chase later begin searching for Delilah’s family, and Alexis offers to connect them with someone who may be able to help.

Danny plans to storm Spoon Island and break into Wyndemere in hopes of finding something that could free Jason. Charlotte agrees to help, but Rocco threatens to expose their plans before someone gets hurt. Rocco later begs Britt not to shut him out because she’s the only person who understands what he’s going through. He worries Danny and Charlotte are heading toward danger and completely breaks down emotionally.

Molly visits Jordan, and the two quickly fall back into their familiar family dynamic. Molly apologizes for not visiting sooner, while Jordan reassures her there are no hard feelings. Interestingly, Molly never mentions she’s dating Cody. Cullum visits the comatose Brennan and admits he originally intended to kill him, but says the stroke spared him the trouble. Meanwhile, Michael secretly hires private investigators Elaine Stevens and Mavis to photograph Chase and Willow together.

A fit Chase finishes his run in the park and stops at a bench to cool down when Willow passes by during her own workout. The two catch up, and Chase eventually asks Willow for help with adopting Phoebe while trying to avoid the appearance of using Quartermaine influence to sway the process.

At the Jerome Gallery, Sonny points a gun at Ric while Ethan prevents Ava from leaving. Ric insists he would never betray Sonny, especially now that they’ve finally managed to rebuild some trust after years of conflict. At GH, Lucas asks Elizabeth if she’s ready for her romantic weekend away with Ric. Elizabeth says she is, though she becomes distracted after noticing Rocco nearby and clearly sensing something is wrong.

Dante heads to Lulu’s house to confront her about Rocco shooting Cullum, while Charlotte visits Carly under the excuse of dropping off books for Donna. In reality, Charlotte only wants to see Valentin. Meanwhile, Valentin and Jack Brennan struggle over a gun at Drew’s house while Nina watches in horror. Nina injects Brennan with the paralytic drug, causing him to collapse while Drew overhears everything happening nearby.

Elizabeth later checks on Rocco’s injured hand while complimenting him on his work during community service. At the same time, Ethan locks Ava in a car while Sonny and Ric eventually work through their misunderstanding and reach an uneasy truce. At the hospital, Elizabeth questions the bizarre coincidence of two otherwise healthy men suffering strokes in the same house within only a few months of each other. Rocco later confides in Charlotte that Lulu and Dante are fighting because of him.

Carly worries that if Brennan dies, they may never learn where Josslyn was sent. Valentin warns her that Cullum could become even more dangerous with Brennan no longer controlling the WSB. Elsewhere, someone secretly photographs Chase both alone and with Willow. Trina also visits Portia at the cabin for the first time and surprises her with baby shower plans and treats from Eckert’s. Curtis tells Jordan he plans to visit ADA Turner’s office to discuss Jordan’s accident and Isaiah’s involvement, while Isaiah separately meets with ADA Turner at the DA’s office.

At the boathouse, Charlotte asks Danny why Rocco has been acting strangely. Danny promises to talk to him, but Rocco overhears the conversation before Britt later visits Lulu to discuss her growing concerns about Rocco. Dante also meets with Nathan regarding Rocco shooting Director Cullum. Later, Isaiah visits Lulu to discuss Jordan’s accident after ADA Turner begins suspecting him of involvement. Following his argument with Charlotte and Danny, Rocco heads to Britt’s apartment. Back at the cabin, Portia greets Isaiah after Trina leaves while Jordan quietly examines the scars on her face and neck.

Curtis returns home with updates from ADA Turner regarding a possible warrant. At Aurora, Jacinda arrives at Michael’s office carrying a mysterious folder. Willow arrives at GH and finds Nina worried Brennan may never wake up. Britt later speaks to an unconscious Brennan and blames him for pressuring her to continue working with Sidwell and Cullum because they supposedly planned to take them down together.

Sidwell sorts through old photographs of Marco while telling Lucas they are all he has left of his son. Elsewhere, Kristina meets Ethan for lunch at the Metro Court Gardens, where he asks for her help.Brook Lynn and Chase meet with Alexis about adopting Phoebe before Kristina and Ethan stop by to say hello. Brook Lynn even offers to let Kristina hold Phoebe during the visit.

Cullum later interrogates Nina at GH while Britt watches from a distance. When Cullum confronts Sidwell about Brennan being injected with Drew’s medication, Sidwell blames Willow for making a catastrophic mistake. Cullum coldly responds that Brennan simply cannot wake up. Nina later sits beside Brennan’s hospital bed and begs him to fight for his life.

ADA Turner and Sonny share another flirtatious encounter while Laura and Ezra meet to discuss Tracy’s campaign against Sidwell’s proposed helipad. Carly confronts Nina at GH and demands to know why Brennan was at Willow’s house. She also threatens to expose Valentin’s involvement to the press if Nina pushes her too far.

Britt and Lucas share drinks at her apartment, where Britt admits everyone might be better off if she simply disappeared. Outside Lulu’s house, Dante finally tells Rocco he knows he shot Cullum. Cullum later meets with ADA Turner to formally request the PCPD evidence tied to the shooting. Alexis also updates Chase about Phoebe’s adoption plans while stopping by Café Cherie to visit Ric.

Ric jokingly laughs off the idea that he’s trying to win Alexis back. At the same time, Dante demands every digital report connected to the Cullum shooting while Elizabeth checks in on him. Portia and Isaiah enjoy a romantic evening together, where Isaiah apologizes for not being able to take her on a babymoon. Curtis prepares for dinner with Aurora’s Tokyo marketing team but offers to reschedule after noticing Jordan’s sadness.

Carly returns home and updates Valentin about Brennan’s condition. Meanwhile, Cassius visits Josslyn in the basement with a care package, though she quickly pushes him for answers about why he continues working with his father’s associates.

Josslyn eventually suggests they work together to take down Cullum and Sidwell. Elsewhere, Cullum surprises Carly with an offer that could potentially help Jason before continuing his rounds across Port Charles.

ADA Turner visits Jordan at her apartment while Cullum eventually arrives at Dante’s office to officially request the PCPD evidence connected to the pier shooting.
