Gio, devastated after recent revelations, rushes to leave the Quartermaine estate with Tracy and Emma. Tracy tries to welcome him into the family, revealing that she's his great-grandmother. Gio, feeling betrayed and overwhelmed, wants nothing to do with the family of liars and storms out.
Brook Lynn and Lois have a confrontation, with Lois revealing her plan to have the adoption closed. Brook Lynn no longer trusts her mother or grandmother. Their confrontation intensifies when Gloria arrives and challenges Brook Lynn, escalating family tensions.
Dante gets Brook Lynn to confirm he is Gio’s father. She explains why she kept it from him, but he’s hurt and frustrated. He insists they now need to focus on their son.
Sonny tells Nina to get Willow away from Drew—or she might lose custody of her children to Michael.
Ned and Lois discuss the shock of Brook Lynn’s pregnancy and why he was left in the dark. He is deeply hurt to have been excluded from such a major part of his daughter’s life.
Cody and Lulu regret exposing Brook Lynn’s secret. Cody worries about how badly Gio has been affected. Lulu reassures him that it will take time, but things will get better.
Trina and Kai finally make love. Trina confesses she’s been thinking about Spencer, but affirms that Kai is someone she didn’t expect to fall for—and she’s grateful she did.
Brook Lynn, Dante, and Gio meet at the Quartermaine mansion. Brook Lynn tries to explain her reasons for the adoption, but Gio sees it as abandonment. He refuses to listen and runs off with Emma.
Later, Brook Lynn and Dante open up to each other. Tracy reminds them they at least got to meet Gio. Brook Lynn shares her reasons for the adoption, and Dante is devastated—not only by the choice but also by the fact that Chase, his best friend, knew and kept it from him.
Gio and Emma go to the bridge, where Emma often reflects. Gio explains how he learned the truth about his parents and why he destroyed his violin—it symbolized a lie. His mother, Camila, was a virtuoso violinist, and he believed he inherited her talent. Now he doesn’t know what to believe. Gio is hurt that his father is the same man who once said he hated him. He and Emma run away and spend the night in a motel. Gio later decides to return to Port Charles to find the truth.
Lois, Ned, Olivia, and Sonny each give Lois their opinion on her choices. Only Sonny supports her. Lois believes she has lost Brook Lynn and Gio for good. Her family is in shambles.
Maxie and Nina discuss Willow’s situation. Nina fears Willow may lose custody of her kids now that Michael is back. Maxie shares details about Sasha’s pregnancy, prompting Nina to suspect Michael is the father of Sasha’s baby.
Carly, Josslyn, and Michael reunite. Carly is thrilled her family is back together. Michael shares that he’s glad Carly scheduled the custody hearing.
Willow and Drew demand Mac arrest Jason for kidnapping Amelia. Mac confirms that Michael has legal emergency custody, and the children are safe. Later, Willow tells Drew about Michael’s custody ultimatum—cut off all contact with Drew or lose the kids. Drew manipulates her into believing Michael is acting out of revenge. Willow removes her wedding ring—Lila Quartermaine’s ring—and Drew claims it, saying it rightfully belongs to his family.
Willow pleads with Michael not to take the kids away. Michael remains firm: if she stays with Drew, he will pursue full custody. The only way she can keep her children is to cut Drew off entirely.
Tracy, Olivia, and Ned sit on the stairs discussing Gio’s impact. Olivia says Gio connected the Quartermaines and Corinthos families. Tracy is horrified and more determined than ever to drive Sonny out of town. She confesses to Ned that she knew about Brook Lynn’s pregnancy but kept it secret. Ned is furious and feels completely shut out.
Dante visits Lulu, asking if she told Gio about his birth parents. She admits it, saying she only wanted him to know. Dante agrees it was important but regrets how it happened and how it affected Gio. They agree to go their separate ways, and Dante plans to tell Rocco about his half-brother.
Brook Lynn apologizes to Ned and Olivia. Ned is understanding and comforts her. Olivia says she doesn’t need an apology—Brook Lynn did what she thought was best.
Jason thanks Sasha for helping with Amelia. Sasha is grateful Michael is home and tells Jason she still wants to raise her baby independently. Jason respects her wishes and agrees to continue as the baby’s pretend father.
Michael and Jason meet for an update. Michael thanks Jason and shares Sasha’s decision. He’ll give her space and focus on his kids and the custody hearing.
Sasha comforts Cody, who regrets exposing Brook Lynn’s secret. Sasha helps him process it by drawing parallels to his own childhood.
Michael vows never to leave Wiley and Amelia again, sharing a tender moment with them.
Nina and Ava talk about Nina’s discovery—Michael may be Sasha’s baby’s father. Ava urges her to expose the affair. Nina hesitates, not wanting to betray Sasha, and fears this might push Drew to move Willow and the children to D.C. Ava advises her to choose what she can live with.
Carly asks Curtis to help discredit Drew by exposing his reckless behavior, but Curtis refuses. Since Michael is Aurora’s majority shareholder, it could backfire. Curtis hints that he has his own plan to deal with Drew.
Michael asks Sasha to watch the kids while he goes to the hearing. Sasha agrees and lets him feel the baby kick. Later, the three share a warm family-like moment. Wiley says Uncle Drew told him Michael would be gone a long time. Michael reassures his son that he’s home to stay.
Liz, Ric, Laura, and Lucky meet at Liz’s house. Ric brings breakfast, and Laura sees through the surprise visit. Liz talks to Laura about her love for Lucky, fearing it won’t be enough to make him stay. Laura believes Lucky still loves her and urges her to talk to him. Later, Lucky returns with new information about Liz’s accident.
Laura tells Alexis that Ace’s trust fund is missing money. Alexis is shocked.
Portia and Curtis meet to discuss Drew’s blackmail. They realize Drew planted evidence to frame Tracy and that he knows Portia drugged him. Curtis says they need Jacinda’s help to protect themselves.
Alexis meets Kristina and Lucky to review the accident. She looks for legal angles to reduce Ric’s possible sentence but finds nothing useful. She then decides to pit Ava and Ric against each other.
